1. Who we are

Yallocate (yallocate.com) is operated by Pazolo Media Corp., a Wyoming corporation ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The service

Yallocate helps people plan a move abroad: guides, checklists, a relocation assistant, and a directory of professionals. The site is in beta and free. Features may change, pause or stop.

3. Information, not advice

Everything on the site, including answers from the AI assistant, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, immigration or medical advice. Rules change and AI can make mistakes, so always check the official source we link to, and for your own case talk to a qualified professional.

4. Professionals in the directory

• Professionals are independent. They are not our employees or agents, and any agreement or payment is between you and them.
• We check professionals before publishing (see how we check), but we can't guarantee their work, licence status or results.
• If you list yourself, you confirm your details and documents are accurate and that you are allowed to provide the service. You will not ask for or write fake reviews, and will not promise outcomes. We may refuse, edit or remove a listing at our discretion. You can ask us to remove your page at any time.
• You give us permission to show the details you chose to publish on the site and in search results.

5. Sponsored offers and affiliate links

Some links and offers are sponsored, and we may earn a commission when you use them. This never costs you extra. Sponsored offers are marked. The partner, not us, is responsible for its product or service.

6. Using the site fairly

Please don't misuse the site: no scraping or bulk copying, no bots or attempts to get around limits or security, no false information, spam, illegal content or impersonation. We may block access for misuse.

7. Our content

The site's text, design, data collections and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Content you send us stays yours, and you give us permission to use it to run the site.

8. Other sites

We link to official sources, partners and professionals' sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information on the site, and our total liability is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
