How we check professionals
Every page in the directory is checked by hand before it goes live. Each page shows only the badges for what we actually checked, so you know exactly what you can rely on.
What each badge means
- ✓ Checked and approved by hand
- A person on our team reviewed all the details before publishing. On every page in the directory.
- ✓ Licence checked in the official register
- We found the professional in their profession’s official register, such as the bar association or the accountants’ council. Licences can change over time, so check the register again before you hire.
- ✓ Registered company
- The company number is active in the official registry: Israel’s Companies Registrar, or the EU’s VIES system for VAT numbers.
- ✓ Verified website
- The professional proved the website is theirs: they received a link by email at the website’s address, or added a code we gave them to the site.
- ✓ Name confirmed via LinkedIn
- The professional signed in with LinkedIn, and the name there matches the page.
Where we use AI
Before the hand review, AI gathers public information for us: when the domain was registered, how long the website has existed, registry results, regulators’ warning lists and news reports, each with a link to its source. It never approves or rejects anyone: a person checks the sources and decides.
What we don’t promise
- Badges show what we checked, not the quality of the service. Yallocate doesn’t give professional advice and isn’t a party to any agreement between you.
- Badges can’t be bought. Professionals who pay for visibility go through exactly the same checks.
- Documents professionals upload for the check (such as a licence certificate) are deleted after the check. We never ask for an ID card or passport.
