Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Short version: we collect only what we need to run the site, we never sell your data, analytics cookies run only if you accept them, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time: privacy@yallocate.com.
1. Who we are
Yallocate (yallocate.com) is operated by Pazolo Media Corp., a Wyoming corporation, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@yallocate.com.
2. What we collect
- Updates list: your email, where and when you plan to move, your language, when you agreed, where you came from (for example a link tag like
utm_source) and when you confirmed your email. - Relocation assistant: if you sign in, your email. Your questions and answers are stored without your email or IP address, personal details in them are masked, and they are deleted after 90 days. If you rate an answer, we keep the rating and any comment you add.
- Professionals: the details you submit (name, business name, profession, contact details, bio, languages, areas, website, licence body and number, company number), the licence document you upload, and your name and email from LinkedIn if you choose to sign in with it. What you choose to publish appears on a public page after we approve it.
- Technical and security data: a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to limit abuse, a daily count of assistant questions and school searches, and counts of clicks from profiles and offers.
- Emails you send us, and our replies.
3. Why we use it
- To run the services you ask for: send the updates and sign-in links you request, answer your questions, publish professional profiles.
- To check professionals: automatic checks against official registers and the company's website, an AI check of the uploaded document, and a manual review.
- To prevent abuse and spam (bot check, rate limits, risk checks).
- To understand what is useful and improve the site.
If you are in the EU or UK, our legal bases are your consent (updates list, emails, analytics cookies), performing what you asked for (the assistant, a professional listing), and our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and improving it.
4. Cookies
We use a few necessary cookies and local storage items (sign-in, language, your cookie choice). Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you accept and you came from an ad, we also keep the ad's click ID and campaign tags for 90 days, to know which ads lead to signups and sales. You can change your choice by clearing the site's data in your browser.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers, only to run the site:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, sending email, bot check (Turnstile).
- Anthropic: the AI behind the assistant and the document and profile checks. It receives the text of the question or the document being checked.
- Google: Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads measurement (only with your consent; for Ads, your email is sent only as a one-way hash, to match a signup to an ad), the school search, and our email inbox.
- Affiliate networks: when you click a sponsored offer we send the partner a random click number, so they can tell us if it led to a sale. It contains no personal details.
- LinkedIn: only if you choose to sign in with LinkedIn.
Published professional profiles are public. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Updates list: until you ask to be removed, or until we stop the list.
- Assistant question log: 90 days.
- Licence documents: deleted after the review.
- Professional profiles: until you or we remove them.
- Security counts: short term, by day.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to object to its use, or to withdraw consent, at any time. Write to privacy@yallocate.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (for example the AEPD in Spain, or the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel).
9. Sponsored offers
Some offers are sponsored and marked as such. If you click one, you go to the partner's site, and its own privacy policy applies there. We may earn a commission.
10. Children
The site is not meant for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell people on the updates list.
