We send a link to an email address at your website’s domain. Whoever gets mail there owns the site. For example info, or your name.
No email at your website’s domain? Verify with a code on the site

Pick one way:
- Meta tag inside the
<head>of your home page (Wix: Settings → Custom code. WordPress: a plugin like Insert Headers and Footers): - Text on your home page: paste the code anywhere that shows on the home page, e.g. the footer. You can remove it after verifying.
- File: upload a file named
yallocate-verify.txtto your site's root, containing the code.
